I have enjoyed research and writing about state-of-art business management practices for many years.
The phenomenal ability to learn anything through computer searches, inspired me to complete extensive research in the areas of business management and business success. I enjoyed almost ten years as a management trainer. We helped hundreds of managers solve common business problems. I also have a Masters Degree in Psychology and Counseling. Along with the formal training, I have more than twenty years experience in the areas of training and development for managers, customer service, business management, counseling and training design.
The jobless rate influenced me to write this book.
I still enjoy studying management literature and research. Pulling out the essence of what has been learned is one of my strong points. I was also the owner of a small business for 15 years and was able to understand, first hand, what good business management really involves. The jobless rate in our country indicates the need for more people to start their own businesses. With this in mind, I decided to compile what I have learned and offer a virtual training and coaching service for new and small businesses. This is our mission at GeniusCore LLC. During the building of the service, I was advised to write a book containing the essence of what I have learned from my extensive experience and research. This book evolved from that advice.
